What shines and what doesn’t
The unique vintage decor gave the hotel a charming character, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable! Plus, the location was ideal for walking to downtown attractions.
Yet, my room was not cleaned properly upon arrival, which was disappointing! Also, the parking fees were excessively high.

We had an awesome time enjoying the train car room, which was such a unique experience, and the fantastic breakfast buffet kept us fueled for our busy days. The hotel also had a cozy lounge for relaxing and a pool for some fun downtime. The only downside was the parking situation since the nearby deck was a bit rundown, but it didn't take away from our great stay! 😊

Family travelers might enjoy it
The staff here were really good. A woman at the front desk named Funeka helped us with a sewage backup issue in our room, just amazing how she acted quickly to fix it for us.
It's not inexpensive but for what we got it was acceptable.

The restaurant on-site served up some tasty bites, and I enjoyed the easy access to nearby gems like Harry and Izzy's for that classic Indy experience! Plus, the rooms had a Keurig and a fridge, which was super handy for a foodie like me.
The parking situation was a drag with valet being your only option, and it took forever to get my car back during busy times. Also, the noise from the hallways made it hard to catch some Z's.
